At Naseem Perfumes Tanzania, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• The item must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.
• Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
• Opened or used perfumes
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
• Gift cards
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
• Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
• We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Email us at shop@nsaeemperfume.co.tz with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll respond with return instructions and a return authorization (if applicable).
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
5. Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days as a credit note/gift voucher.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
